As of Jan 1, 2015, organizations that run Weatherization Assistance Programs using funding form the United States Department of Energy must have a certified HEP Quality Control Inspector on staff to manage the process and certify that work plans are compliant.
This course will teach you everything you need to know to complete full diagnostic audits and inspections to verify that completed work is in line with work plans and standards, and you'll have the tools to complete comprehensive reports to specify any further actions that need to be taken.
